Paying me. Bank transfer beforehand or cash on arrival, whichever suits. Nothing that leaves a line on a statement with my name on it, for your sake as much as mine. Please don't hand it to me, just leave it somewhere visible and we'll both pretend it isn't there.
Cancellations inside four hours, or nobody turning up: half the booking, please. I'll have turned other people away.
